London Property Exhibition update

Our late spring Westcountry exhibition held in conjunction with Lawson and Daughters in Fulham London was a great success

The area was was lively and busting with shoppers workers and commuters and buyers and in the exhibition area there was a definite feeling of positivity from both buyers and sellers .

The Westcountry it seems is still a really popular place to buy in especially from families wishing to relocate for a better lifestyle and escape the London rat race

Buyers seem particularly interested in four bedroom family homes and rural properties, with interest in all regions of the Westcountry

However it was also apparent that the London market is no longer at the frantic levels recently seen so sellers are having to adjust their prices and set more realistic timescales to find a buyer. This is especially true in central London.
