"After having to leave my previous home as the Landlord required the house back I had to enter back into the rental market which is extremely congested and competitive!! I have dealt with numerous letting agents during this time and none of them are half as polite and professional as Orchards are! In Particular the Agent I have been dealing with throughout, Ayesha Hutton. I have found Ayesha to be extremely polite, friendly, professional, pro active (calling me with properties I may be interested in, which no other agent has done once!) and has provided very quick responses to any queries and keeps in regular contact.
