Somerset estate agents named best in country

A Somerset estate agents is celebrating after being named number one in the country for sales, in the Best Estate Agents Guide 2018, supported by Rightmove and Property Academy.
The success for RLA Corporate member, Orchard Estates didn’t stop there, with the agency also being ranked number two in the Top 100 estate agency branches for lettings.
The awards analysed the performance of Orchards Estates over the last year using key business information such as customer experience.
Key statistics such as highest prices achieved, fall through rates, numbers of viewings and completions were also collated.
‘Exceptional’
Orchard Estates, who have been members of the RLA since 2015, were rated as ‘Exceptional’ , by the judges of the awards. They are also regularly in and around the top 10 in the country Zoopla Power 100 rankings.
Managing Director at Orchard Estates, Mathew Wood, said: “The award has meant so much to the whole team. It’s testament to the extremely hard-working people who are “Orchards Estates”, who don’t go home because the clock tells them to, work consistently to grow themselves, embrace change and adapt for customers’ needs in order to give to our clients with passion and consistency.”
